Infosys, a global technology leader, is hiring experienced Gen AI, Observability & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Consultants for its Global Delivery teams in India. If you have a passion for solving complex problems using cutting-edge AI technologies, this is the right opportunity to work with observability platforms and next-gen automation systems.

As a consultant, you will design and implement AI-driven frameworks that integrate with observability tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK. You’ll leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI to enhance decision-making, anomaly detection, and incident resolution for global clients.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in designing AI-powered automation and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design AI-driven RCA and impact analysis frameworks integrated with observability tools.
  • Automate incident response and diagnostics using GenAI technologies.
  • Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and platform teams to define KPIs and workflows.
  • Build real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  • Strong experience in RCA, impact analysis, and observability integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
  • Knowledge of .Net application development and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices and SDLC frameworks.
