The Digital Success Engineering team enhances customer enablement through a unified AI-powered digital platform.
As demand for Agentforce and AI solutions grows, Salesforce is hiring a Software Engineer (SMTS) with strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on AI experience.
This role focuses on:
✅ Building a unified customer success platform
✅ Developing integrations with MuleSoft
✅ Enhancing search & analytics with Data Cloud
✅ Implementing LLM-powered features and autonomous agents
✅ Applying Generative AI + NLP frameworks to enterprise use cases
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Platform & Integration Engineering
- Design and maintain Salesforce’s unified AI platform.
- Develop MuleSoft integrations with internal & external systems.
- Enhance Data Cloud analytics and search features.
- Architect secure, scalable Salesforce services.
- Develop APIs & customer-facing objects for ease of use.
AI & Agentforce Development
- Build AI-powered workflows & autonomous agents.
- Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Implement conversational AI & NLP search.
- Transition AI prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor engineers and maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate across Product, Data Science, and Research.
- Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in software engineering, focusing on enterprise platforms.
- Strong Salesforce expertise: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Process Builder.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud & Tableau.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
- Familiar with CI/CD, Git, Agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer I/II certifications.
- Experience with Agentforce development.
- Prior work in learning technology or customer enablement.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or deep learning frameworks.
